THE PROCESS
Newly hired or reemployed personnel are to submit
for inclusion to payroll in order to recieve salary with payslip, must be complied to ensure process.
Initial salary requirements is to be submitted for every month not in payroll for the service rendered of the finished month to be compensated.
Upon promotion reuirements for salary adjustment are submitted to update salary in order for proper reflection on payslip and other agency remitance
Salary differential is to be submitted when salary is confirmed updated to latest position by payslip
The chage of status is common for personnel who wants their name and civil status updated due to marriage, this is needed for proper reflection in GSIS and the deped database to ensure updated information
